The year is over, and while staff may have changed and your consultant’s work completed, you may not have checked who still has access to your digital assets. Make January the month where you review digital access to start the year right.
Your company Facebook page should be reviewed for who still has a page role and if those individuals are still active members of your digital team.
Other digital assets, like Twitter, YouTube and access to the company website, can be managed by changing the password annually. This allows the company to share the new password with the appropriate staff members, which may have changed from the prior year.
Be sure to monitor who has access to your digital assets, and make the commitment to check every January so you have control over your digital communication channels.
